Abstract

This study aims to analyze public satisfaction with public services (BPJS Health case studies in the Cikarang Industrial Area) in term of internal and external aspects so BPJS Health Care's performance and service can be seen to provide the satisfaction for customers. The external aspects analysis including the dimensions of rate new customer acquisition, customer acquisition, responding customer complaint, customer satisfaction and customer benefit. The analysis of the internal aspects including the dimensions of innovation, operation and after sales service. The Methode of this research is mixed method. Data collection techniques used in this research is quantitative and qualitative type with the descriptive design. The result of the study is, still there are the indicators of satisfaction which still delivery below expectations, indicated by the gap between customer expectations with services perceived. There are still a shortcomings perceived, espesially in the service delivery in the process of services performance of National Social and Healthcare Security (BPJS) that has been run. The advice is the improvement of the service performance attributes that are still perceived below expectations, as well as the increased service performance in providing inpatient, medical personnel and human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the potential of a micro-economy based creative economy through empowerment programs and the role of CMS Syariah Cooperatives with 92 members. This study uses a qualitative method. The data needed is primary and secondary data obtained from the chairman of the cooperative, the ranks of the cooperative management and members of the cooperative who have micro-businesses. The population of cooperative members who have micro-businesses is 9, all of which are sampled. Data collection through field observations, discussions, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that members of cooperatives that have micro-businesses really need creative economic knowledge, motivation, and coaching, including assistance in developing products and services so that they can contribute to CMS Cooperatives as a place for their businesses that will automatically turn on CMS Cooperative operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the gross regional domestic product in Lampung province. As for what is being analyzed is whether there is any influence from Lampung province's GRDP with the national GDP. With the data taken namely 5 years starting in 2011-2015. By using the literature review method and analyzing existing data, it continues to be developed into a new analysis by not ruling out existing methods. The results of this study are that the GDP of each province is different so it does not become a reference in the effect of national GDP in implication.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to show the differences and interactions between critical thinking skills in students who have a high and low IQ with the discovery learning method. This research was conducted at Senior High School 1 in Baregbeg. The source of research data is all students of class X taking the IPS major. A factorial design was used as the research method. The study used observation, testing, and interview as data collection techniques. Data processing techniques in this study included: data identification, data analysis, normality and homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research is: 1) there are no significant differences in the critical thinking skills of students who have a high and low IQ on economic lessons; 2) the discovery learning method is more effective than conventional method learning to improve critical thinking skills on economic lessons; 3) there is no statistical interaction among learning method, IQ and student’s critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The Effect of Corporate Governance on Social Responsibility and its Impact on Firm Value. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Corporate Governance on Social Responsibility Disclosure, Social Responsibility Disclosure of Firm Value and the indirect effect of Corporate Governance on Firm Value through Social Responsibility Disclosure. This research was conducted at a Coal company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2018. The samples used were 55 samples. The statistical method used is the path analysis method with panel data regression. The results show that the Independent Board of Commissioners, Foreign Ownership, Public Share Ownership, and the Audit Committee has a positive effect on Social Responsibility Disclosure, Social Responsibility Disclosure has a positive influence on firm value, and the Independent Board of Commissioners, the Audit Committee does not have effect on firm value through disclosure of social responsibility, and Foreign Ownership, Public Ownership have an indirect effect on firm value through social responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze and find out the fair price of the shares of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk for the period 2013-2017. The research method use quantitative descriptive methods with analyze discounted cash flow methods with proxy earning per share, dividen pay out ratio, price earning ratio dan required rate of return. The result research in 2013, 2014 and 2016 stock prices were undervalued while in 2015 and 2017 the stock prices were overvalued. Then based on the analysis using the graph of stock price movements of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk for the period 2013-2017, the results show that in 2013 and 2014 the share price of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk was almost close to its fair price, while in 2015, 2016 and 2017 the stock price PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk has reached and exceeded its fair price.

Abstract

The government has been working synergistically lately to encourage tax revenue from the MSME sector by issuing various tax regulations that are pro to MSME needs, including by issuing PP number 23 of 2018. This PP is a revision of the previous PP issuance namely PP number 46 of 2013 with an original tariff of 1% of the value. The research aims to reveal tax compliance with the changes in government regulations conducted by the SMEs in the City of Depok, which is a ZAF International-guided SMEs. The research method uses a survey of MSMEs in Depok City. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling for the UMKM Depok region and is under the auspices of ZAF International. The data analysis method uses FGD with a qualitative approach, the results of this study indicate that the level of compliance of ZAF-assisted MSMEs before and after the enactment of PP 23 of 2018 is getting better and increasing because it is driven by a socialization program carried out by the government.

Abstract

This study offers to determine the ability of 20 types of MSMEs to trade in the environment around the Universitas Galuh Ciamis campus. The research method used was an experimental method, in which we applied a simple accounting format to their business. The analysis technique used is a different test (t-test) through scores obtained from test results to them before and subsequently applied to a simple accounting format. The results obtained show their low skills in preparing financial statements, as evidenced by the tests before applying a simple accounting format obtained an average score of 27.80. After applying the accounting format, improvements are made to those who prepare financial statements using a simple accounting format. From the test results applied a simple accounting format, obtained an average score of 71.20. So it can be concluded from the changes that occur before and after applying a simple accounting format for MSMEs in the type of business in the environment around the Universitas Galuh Ciamis campus.
